KZ943 Cruise to the Caribbean
2018

Rules:

1.Winner must be 21 or older.

2.The contest will begin April 4, 2018 and conclude with a grand prize drawing on May 31, 2018

3. Qualifiers for the final drawing will be determined by random phone callers to KZ943’s contest lines (601) 425-9494 or 583-9494 and/or the names of listeners who registered at remotes will be announced on the air with 9 minutes to call in to the KZ contest lines and qualify for the final drawing as well as claim their qualifying prize.  Final drawing will be held on or about May 31, 2018.

4. Qualifiers will receive a KZ943 beach bag, beach towel, t-shirt, coffee mug or other prize.

5. Winners must waive any claims of liability against KZ943/WKZW Radio Station, Blakeney Communications, Inc. its employees and agents for any personal injury or loss, including death, or any property loss or damage which may occur from participation in the contest or use of any prize.  Blakeney Communications, Inc. makes no warranty or claim whatsoever as to the safety, health or advisability of participating in the KZ943 Cruise to the Caribbean Contest.  Winners should participate and accept and use prizes on at their own risk.  Winners will be required to sign a written waiver of liability and agree to hold Blakeney Communications, Inc. harmless for any liability whatsoever related to this contest and any prize awarded.

6. The winner will receive two $500 Carnival gift cards to use on the ship of their choice from any port they wish.  All travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the winner.

7. Any port fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the winner. Transportation to and from the Port of Departure is the responsibility of the winner.  Documentation required for boarding ship and sailing such as passport or birth certificate shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. KZ943 reserves the right to use any audio, video or photographic material which involves the winner or their family for promotional use without further compensation or permission.

9. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of KZ943 and Blakeney Communications, Inc., its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in the promotion as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize.

10. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of contest sponsors their advertising and promotional companies involved in this promotion as well as family and household members of same, shall also be ineligible to participate in this promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize.

11. Employees of other radio stations and television stations are ineligible to win.

12. Limit one major prize winner per calendar year on this and all KZ943 contests. 

14.  WKZW reserves the right to change the rules if necessary during the promotion.

15. The Grand Prize winner will receive a Form 1099 for tax purposes as required for any winnings exceeding $600.
